An exceptional Landlord, I've now lived in three different houses of his, all of which are of the highest quality and condition. The landlord is friendly and accommodating and my experience living in his properties has been good.

The landlord was friendly, attentive, and responded very quickly when needed. Any problems that arose were sorted rapidly and professionally. The house was pretty big, even with 5 people, had 2 bathrooms (which was very useful), and had a decent outside space. Would definitely rent with King again.
