The best landlord I have ever had. Professional, helpful and any issues are always resolved so quickly. The house is in great condition and rent is more than reasonable. I could not ask for a better experience as a tenant and can not recommend the agency enough.

I've lived with this letting in my third and current fourth year at university. In these two years I've never had a problem with the letting agency. Brilliant landlord, it's very hard to find any reasonable landlord especially for students, let alone a GREAT one.
Would highly recommend to anyone studying in Swansea. Very well priced (my room was like £10 a week cheaper than anything slightly comparable) and all bills were included so I never had any housing-related stress. Good quality housing, and the owner, Dr Kang, is very helpful, responsive and all round just a decent bloke - he appears to truly care about his tenants and that goes an incredibly long way.
